To tackle these issues effectively and avoid sanctions, financial services companies need strategies in place to:
• Assess and produce relevant data quickly, whether structured (such as transactional info) or unstructured (including email and IMs)
• Keep customer data secure and avoid privacy breaches and identity theft
• Provide the right level of data in the right timeframe and know how expectations are different for litigation versus regulatory requests

Learn from two leading consultants, Barclay Blair of Kahn Consulting and Robert Brunner of FTI Consulting, how financial services companies at the vanguard of e-discovery are managing these issues and transitioning from reactive to proactive programs.
