FTI Consulting Technology Segment Named Supplier on Crown Commercial Services
FTI Consulting’s Technology Segment Named as a Supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s eDisclosure and Review Services 2 Framework
London, 7 June 2023 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced that the firm’s Technology segment was named as a supplier on all four “Lots” of Crown Commercial Service’s (“CCS”) eDisclosure and Review Services 2 Framework (RM6336). CCS supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. As a CCS supplier, FTI Consulting’s Technology segment is able to provide a wide range of eDisclosure and Review Services to all levels of UK government agencies, including “blue light” services, local authorities and central government.
The CCS eDisclosure and Review Services 2 Framework includes a total of 13 suppliers, and FTI Consulting’s Technology segment is one of only three suppliers to earn a place on all four Lots of the framework, giving the firm the ability to provide eDisclosure and document review services for the full spectrum of small to large projects, and full range of security clearance levels. The combination of FTI Consulting’s experience of public sector work, offerings across the spectrum of disputes and investigations, experts with background in highly sensitive matters, and the Technology segment’s industry-leading certifications, contributed to the firm’s ability to meet the requirements for all four Lots on the framework.
“FTI Consulting has a strong team of experts in the UK and a long history of serving government and domestic clients,” said Jon Chan, a Senior Managing Director within FTI Technology’s E-Discovery Consulting & Services practice in the UK. “Our clients look to us for expertise and solutions across a wide range of issues, including internal investigations, complex employment disputes, data subject access requests and other matters requiring data discovery. Like many of our corporate clients, the UK government is taking steps to prepare for an uptick in disputes, investigations and discovery-related work. As a named provider on CCS’s eDisclosure and Review Services 2 Framework, we look forward to helping more public sector clients respond to matters spanning a range of scale and complexity.”
Within the CCS eDisclosure and Review Services framework, providers are named across four Lots. These include:
- Lot 1: Includes data pre-processing, processing, review, production and disclosure for low-volume work.
- Lot 2: End-to-end eDisclosure service for documents and data with a security classification of “official,” “official sensitive” or lower.
- Lot 3: Document reviewers for documents and data with a security classification of up to and including “official” and “official sensitive.”
- Lot 4: End-to-end eDisclosure services for documents and data with a security classification of “secret” up to “top secret.”
Inclusion as a named eDisclosure supplier for CCS adds to the firm’s recognition in the UK market. In 2022, FTI Consulting’s Technology segment was rated as a Band 1 eDiscovery provider for the UK in the Chambers Litigation Support Guide, with acknowledgement for the team’s bespoke approach, flexibility, technology expertise and global reach.
