Antonio Gesteira is a seasoned e-discovery and forensic technology expert with more than 20 years of experience in supporting complex investigations and litigations.

Mr. Gesteira has delivered more than 300 projects spanning emerging technology, data services, information security, internal and external audit support and electronic tax consulting across a variety of industries. He has led large investigations and risk management efforts in Brazil and internationally. As the Technology segment’s leader for the Brazilian market, Mr. Gesteira works with clients to address a broad range of corporate risk and respond to high-stakes legal and regulatory matters.

Antonio Meca is an expert in forensic technology and e-discovery. For more than 15 years, he has assisted national and multinational clients through complex corporate investigations across the e-discovery lifecycle, including identification and collection of relevant material, review and production of electronic data.

Mr. Meca brings extensive experience in developing and applying sophisticated computer forensic workflows and tools for system auditing, combating financial fraud and strengthening information security practices and policies. He has modeled, built and deployed information technology systems for investigations, data management, data mining, incident response and infrastructure. He also brings more than 10 years of experience testifying before the Brazilian Court in e-discovery preservation processes to clarify data acquisition and analysis processes used to generate evidence for the jury.

Mr. Meca holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Oswaldo Cruz University. He is a KPMG Nuix Certified Professional, EnCase Certified Examiner, AccessData Certified Examiner and Brainspace Specialist Certified. He demonstrates proficiency in IT infrastructure and specialized methodologies for conducting digital evidence surveys.
