FTI Consulting Appoints Wajdi Kharrat as a Managing Director in France

Paris, 7 September 2021 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the addition of Wajdi Kharrat as a Managing Director to the firm’s Technology segment in Paris. Mr. Kharrat joins the firm as part of the segment’s Information Governance, Privacy & Security (“IGP&S”) practice and will focus on supporting clients with challenges at the intersection of data and regulation.

We’ve recently added several IG experts across the EMEA region and welcome Wajdi to the team. His experience will help localise our information governance solutions in France and broaden our global reach.”

With 17 years of experience in management consulting, Mr. Kharrat is well-positioned to advise clients amid a complex regulatory environment. He brings deep expertise in data management, GDPR compliance, information security, internal controls, transformation and risk management. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (“CISA”), Certified Information Privacy Professional (“CIPP/E”) and Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (“CDPSE”).

Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Mr. Kharrat held management positions in global audit and advisory firms. He has also gained significant corporate experience within the Internal Audit Head Office of a French multinational insurance group.
