FTI Consulting Expands Global Legal Operations Expertise with Addition of Managing Director

Washington, D.C., Jan. 24, 2023 — FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced that the firm’s Technology segment has appointed Rohit Gulati as a Managing Director in its Corporate Legal Operations practice.

Mr. Gulati, who is based in Chicago, brings more than 16 years of experience in law department operations and contract lifecycle management consulting. At FTI Consulting, he will work closely with clients to assess operations and technology to establish strategic roadmaps, determine the readiness for change in support of transformation initiatives, evaluate technology solutions that align with clients’ objectives and drive implementation.

Mr. Gulati has demonstrated success in leading transformative technology initiatives that align strategic business objectives and result in high user adoption. His technology expertise spans the breadth of legal operations functions, including contract lifecycle management (“CLM”), enterprise legal management (“ELM”) and analytics.

Prior to joining FTI Technology, Mr. Gulati held a leadership role at HBR Consulting, where he oversaw award-winning ELM implementations. He also led CLM transformation services, where he assisted clients in preparing for and implementing CLM technology solutions. He has served in numerous legal operations and technology consulting roles throughout his career.
